This site contains the following information:

this directory:
	All supplemental figures and tables as a single PDF file with the exception of the two
	Excell files described in Section 5 of supplementary info.pdf
	

code directory:
	Matlab scripts to generate pseudoproxy networks, run RegEM and post-process the output to 
	calculated mean time series and verification scores.  See "readme.txt" in the "code" directory
	for file details.
	

data directory:
	The gridded (5¡X5¡) CSM (converted.mat) and GKSS (gkssregrid.mat) model fields, the longitude
	and latitude of the gridboxes. Row 1 in the longlat file corresponds to column 1 in the
	gridded dat file.  Also included in the CSM directory is keepers.mat which contains the locations
	of the gridboxes that were used in the experiments (see Figure 2 in the paper for details).  The
	northern hemisphere mean for those gridboxes is also included for CSM and GKSS over the entire
	time period of the model run.
	
data/experiments directory:
	This directory contains the pseudoproxy networks (proxynorm) and resulting northern hemisphere 
	reconstructions for experiments a-z. (see paper for details)  These networks can be loaded
	into "pchybridpseudomaster.m" at the location indicated in the program or you can generate your
	own pseudoproxy network. (see program comments for details)
