Code: This page contains the Matlab scripts to generate pseudoproxy networks, run RegEM, and post-process the output to calculate mean time series and verification scores. See "readme.txt" for file details.

Data: This page contains the gridded CSM and GKSS model fields as well as the longitude and latitude of the grid box centers. The "experiments" subfolder contains the pseudoproxy networks (proxynorm) and resulting northern hemisphere reconstructions for experiments a-z. (see paper for details) These networks can be loaded into "pchybridpseudomaster.m" at the location indicated in the program or you can generate your own pseudoproxy network. (see program comments for details)

Update and Correction (4/9/10)
A problem has been identified in the GKSS field that was regridded to have the same spatial resolution as the instrumental record. The problem was initially identified in Smerdon et al., 2008: Comment on "Robustness of proxy-based climate field reconstruction methods" by Michael E. Mann et al., JGR doi:10.1029/2007JD009542 and addressed in Rutherford et al. 2008: Reply to comment by Jason E. Smerdon et al. on "Robustness of proxy-based climate field reconstruction methods." JGR doi:10.1029/2008JD009964. The corrected GKSS regridded field is available here
