Paul Markowski

Professor of Meteorology

My research group studies the dynamics of convective storms and their attendant hazards, particularly tornadoes, using field observations and numerical simulations.  My teaching interests include synoptic meteorology, mesoscale meteorology, and atmospheric convection.
