Step 1: Click on ENTER A FORECAST on this page or go directly to https://www.meteo.psu.edu/ncwfcform

step 2: Enter your "forecaster name" which is the case-sensitive 4-6 letter/digit name you chose when you signed up

step 3: Enter your password which is a 4-digit NUMBER ONLY that you will not forget, such as the last 4 digits of your SSN

step 4: Enter the appropriate forecast parameters

step 5: Click the "Submit Forecast" button at the top or bottom of the page

Do not wait until 00z or your forecast may not submit before the deadline. Wait for the confirmation note after submission, if there's a problem you want to have enough time to re-submit! Be sure to type your forecaster name in proper CaSe!
