Rightwing US thinktank uses FoI laws to pursue climate scientists
The Guardian reports on a new tactic of the American Tradition Institute, an ultra-conservative think tank that has engaged in legal battles against climate scientists in the past. This new tactic involves using Freedom of Information requests to get emails exchanged between climate scientists and prominent science journalists.
